Making a Purchase
Once you have selected an item to buy, simply click the Buy or Add to Cart button for the item you wish to purchase. This will add your item to your shopping cart and present you with an opportunity to select other relevant products and accessories relevant to your purchase.
You can then either click "Continue to Checkout" or "Keep on Shopping" to add more items to your cart.
When you’re finished shopping click "Checkout and Pay" to check the contents of your shopping cart and calculate any applicable freight costs.
Finally, click "Continue to Payment" to make your payment using Visa, MasterCard, American Express, PayPal, Direct Bank Transfer, or Interest Free Online. For credit card payment your card will not be charged until you reach the final page and click "Confirm Order".
We accept Visa, MasterCard, AMEX, Interest Free, FlexiCommercial, Paypal and Bank Transfer. Note that items will not ship until we verify receipt of funds or approval of finance.
How long does delivery take
Products are shipped directly from supply warehouses all over Australia. Typically products ordered by midday will ship the same day and delivered to the nominated address within one to five working days dependent on the delivery location.
Can I Pick Up my Purchase
For applicable products a ‘Click and Collect’ button will appear during the checkout. Rather than having the product/s delivered to your nominated address you may have it delivered to your nearest EE member where it would be available for collection. The customer may also nominate at this time to contact their selected member and discuss installation of the product/s.
Can I Track my Order
Once your order has been despatched a consignment number with carrier website link and tracking details will be sent to your email address.
Returns & Replacements
All Entertaining Environments products (excluding clearance, sale, demo discounted and discontinued products) can be returned within 30 days of purchase. A 25% re-stocking fee will be applied to returns received within 30 days. No merchandise returns after 30 days. All products returned must have prior notification to Entertaining Environments and an assigned Return Authorization (RA) number must be issued by Entertaining Environments and attached to the box. Sale, Demo discounted, Clearance and Discontinued products may be returned only in the event of a manufacturer's defect. Defective merchandise that has been replaced with an Advanced Replacement must be returned within 30 days of the Advanced Replacement leaving Entertaining Environments or its suppliers for a full refund. Defective merchandise received after 30 days may be subject to additional costs equivalent to those that might be incurred by Entertaining Environments from its suppliers.

All returns must include the pre-assigned Return Authorization (RA) Number.
